Aqua Aerobics as an exercise is especially helpful in cases where a land-based exercise program is not possible due to the intensity of pain, decreased bone density, disability or other factors. There are many benefits of exercising in water as the physical properties of water make it a suitable environment for exercise in treating back pain and other injuries. It provides an anti-gravity and resistance training in a controlled setting which will reduce the risk of further injuries but still allows for improvement of strength and conditioning as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is a form of rehabilitation that is performed in water, mainly for the recovery from joint surgeries and the treatment of arthritis. It is a supervised session provided by a qualified Biokineticist at our beautiful facility. These sessions are claimable via medical aid.
